Dear Mr. Hunter:
J On January 11, 1985 we verbally notified your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a deficienc P identified during an engineering review of fire protection construction / installation activities. The slab at Elevation 821'-8" in the Turbine Building was identified to be four (4) inches in thickness which is not adequate to provide a three-hour fire barrier.
We have completed our investigation and concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). Records supporting this determination are available for your inspector's review at the CPSES site.
