Dear Mr. Hunter:
On September 18, 1984 we verbally notified your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a deficiency regarding the safety class of instrument lines with piping downstream of the root valve. We have submitted an interim report logged TXX-4336 dated October 12, 1984.
We have completed our investigation and concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). Records supporting this 6 termination are available for your inspector's review at the CPSES site.
