On August 24, 1984 we verbally notified your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a deficiency-regarding the Conax penetration connector that came off during remov'al of protective endcap. We have submitted an interim report logged TXX-4312 dated September 24, 1984.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate completion by December 7, 1984.
