Dear Mr. Hunter:
On September 13, 1984 we verbally notified your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a deficiency regarding ventilation exhaust dampers that have been observed to be desigaed/ installed to fail closed which would divert radioactive releases to rooms in which reactor action is required.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate completion by November 20, 1984.
