On August 24, 1984 we verbally notified your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a deficiency regarding a concern in the design of the primary coolant and component water (CCW) system. -We have submitted an interim report logged TXX-4311 dated September 24, 1984.
We are. continuing our evaluation and anticipate completion by November 6, 1984.
