Dear Mr. Hunter,
On August 31, 1984 we verbally notified your Mr. Hunnicutt of an inconsistency identified by comparison of the "Q-List" in the FSAR Chapter 17 and the Envirottaentally Qualified Equipment List which revealed the NSSS Auxiliary Relay Racks are not qualified per IEEE-323-1974.
We have conpleted our investigation and concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). Records supporting this detennination are available for your inspector's review at the (,PSES site.
