On July 20, 1984, we verbally contacted your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a deficiency regarding possible material defect in the Diesel Generator valve springs.
We have completed our investigation and concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). Records supporting this determination are available for your inspector's review at the CPSES site.
