On May 2, 1984, we verbally notified your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a condition wherein additional thermolag was found in cable trays, between the cables and fire barrier envelope.
We have completed our investigation and concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). Records supporting this determination are available for your inspector's review at the CPSES site.
