Dear Mr. Madsen:
On June 1, 1983 we verbally informed your Mr. R. G. Taylor of a deficiency regarding the adhesive bond on NLP (Loop Power Supply) Printed Circuit Cards received from Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
We have completed our investigation and concluded that the specific deficiency is not applicable to CPSES and, therefore, is not reportable under 10 CFR 50.55(e).
Records supporting this determination are available for your Inspector's review at the CPSES site.
