On November 20, 1981, we verbally informed your Mr. R. G. Taylor of a deficiency regarding orifice plates which were manufactured outside specified tolerances. On December 17, 1981, we submitted an interim letter logged TXX-3449.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate completion by June 11, 1982.
