On February 25, 1977, the TUGC0 QA Manager notified Mr. Stewart of your staff that an apparent document falsification had been discovered the previous day at Comanche Peak.

This item was identified as possibly reportable under provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).

Subsequent investigation by our staff and evaluation by the Engineer of the concrete in question have led us to the deter-mination that the incident was not reportable under terms of 1

the above referenced document.
