On May 7, 2009, representatives of Exelon Generation Company ("EGC"), the NRC Staff, and the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC) participated in a telephone conference call to discuss concerns raised by the PHMC in response to updated information about the protection of cultural resources at TMI-1, which was submitted to NRC with Reference 3. In order to address PHMC concerns, EGC plans to take the following actions to protect cultural resources on EGC-owned property located on Three Mile Island.

1. By May 28, 2010, implement a Cultural Resources Management Plan

2. By December 31, 2011, implement initial installment of periodic training for appropriate TMI personnel on National Historic Preservation Act Section 106 procedures.
