The licensee reported in LER 2008-005-00 t … The licensee reported in LER 2008-005-00 that the train B, Class 1E electrical equipment room cooler was miswired during replacement such that it might not be operable following a control room fire. This represented a violation of License Condition 2.C.(5), Fire Protection. A bounding Phase 3 evaluation concluded that this issue had very low safety significance (Green) since only 4 of the 103 control room cabinets could lead to a loss of the train B, Class 1E electrical equipment room cooler.
