A finding of very low safety significance A finding of very low safety significance was identified by the inspectors associated with a Non-Cited Violation of 10 CFR 50.59, "Changes, Tests, and Experiments," where the licensee failed to complete a full evaluation in accordance with 10 CFR 50.59 for an adverse change to the nitrogen supply header description in the updated final safety analysis report. This issue was entered into the licensee's corrective action system.</br></br>This finding was more than minor because the screening was adverse and there was insufficient information to reasonably conclude that prior NRC approval was not necessary.
