The licensee augmented on-shift staffin</br>levels on October 30, 2013. The issue was entered into the Browns Ferry correctiv</br>action program as PERs 790109 and 801057. This apparent violation had the potential to impede or impact the regulatory process, and therefore was subject to traditional enforcement as described in the NRC Enforcement Policy, dated July 9, 2013.
