STN 50-498, STN 50-499 Revision to the Or>erations Ouality Assurance Plan As required by the South Texas Project Operations Quality Assurance Plan, Chapter 2.0, Revision 8, Paragraph 5.14.1, Houston Lighting & Power submits the attached change QA-018.
There is no reduction in effectiveness of the Operations Quality Assurance Plan per 10CFR50.54(a) and there is no unreviewed safety question as a result of the change.
This change will be incorporated in the operations Quality Assurance Plan in the next biennial update.
