ST-HL-AE-1476 Page 1 of I DSER Confirmatory Item 6.3-3 Plant Tech Specs shall permit testing of the operability of ECCS throughout the life of the plant, including the full operational sequence that brings the system into operation (6.3.6).

I This is covered by STPEGS Technical Specification 3/4.5.2. The STPEGS Technical Specifications were submitted to NRC by letter dated June 17, 1985 (ST-HL-AE-1271).
