The attachment to this letter provides the personnel monitoring report (Annual Dose Report) addressing the requirements contained in 10 CPR 20.407, paragraphs (a) and (b).
The report is submitted in accordance with paragraph (a) (2) since it includes all individuals for whom personnel monitoring was provided during the calendar year.
This includes individuals identified in 10 CFR 20.202(a) who require monitoring as well as others who are monitored for reasons outside the scope of this requirement.
