Im guessing the review was done sometime between about 2001 and 2011 but could have been done between 1995 and 2000.

The NRC is looking at how plants can best consider local, State and Federal law enforcement in response to a threat to nuclear power plants. This proposed interpretation would provide flexibility to applicants and licensees by allowing them to consider the assistance of law enforcement responders as part of the physical protection program. The comment period closes on March 3, 2025.
