STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-24-0076 - INTEGRATED REGULATORY REVIEW SERVICE MISSION SCOPING RESULTS AND RECOMMENDATION The Commission has approved staffs recommended Option 3, to host an Integrated Regulatory Review Service mission focused exclusively on materials activities, facilities, and exposure scenarios under the NRCs Atomic Energy Act jurisdiction. The staff should initiate a request to the International Atomic Energy Agency for this mission three years after the date of this Staff Requirements Memorandum. The staff should also continue to evaluate when a reactor-focused mission might be appropriate in the future.
