SECY-23-0006 - SUSQUEHANNA NUCLEAR, LLC (SUSQUEHANNA STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2) - RULING ON ERIC EPSTEINS PETITION TO INTERVENE AND REQUEST FOR HEARING The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order addressing the petition to intervene and request for a hearing submitted by Eric Epstein. In his request, Mr. Epstein challenges the indirect license transfer application filed by Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC for the transfer of the operating licenses for Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, and the general license for the Susquehanna independent spent fuel storage installation. The Memorandum and Order denies Mr. Epsteins request and terminates the proceeding.
