ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: This item is on SECY-21-0014 - Southern Nuclear Operating Co., Inc. (Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Unit 3); Motion to Reopen. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order addressing a motion by the Blue Ridge
4 Environmental Defense League and its chapter Concerned Citizens of Shell Bluff to reopen the proceeding on the application of Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc. for an amendment to the Vogtle Unit 3 combined license.
The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order (as attached) denying the motion.
