STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-20-0042 - RULEMAKING PLAN ON COST RECOVERY CRITERIA FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT UTILIZATION FACILITIES
The Commission has approved the staffs request to withdraw the subject SECY paper.
The staffs request was based on its identification of new requirements in Section 601 of the Accelerating Deployment of Versatile, Advanced Nuclear for Clean Energy ( ADVANCE) Act of 2024, which was signed into law in July 2024. The staff should provide a revised paper to the Commission by March 24, 2025.
