AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF VERMONT The Commission has approved the proposed Agreement between the State of Vermont and the NRC pursuant to Section 274 of the Atomic Energy Act, as set forth in Enclosure 1 of SECY 0085.
The Commission also approved publication of the draft Federal Register notice (Enclosure 4 to SECY-19-0085).
