P R O C E E D I N G S CHAIRMAN Svinicki: Good morning. Before we begin todays mandatory hearing, the Commission will address one matter of business in a brief affirmation session, so I call the Affirmation Session to order. Madame Secretary, I understand we have one item for affirmation. Would you please lead the Commission through that item of business?
ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: Yes, it is on SECY-19-0076, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., Entergy Nuclear Generation Co., Holtec International, and Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (Pilgrim Nuclear Power Stations) - License Transfer. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts motion to stay all activities in the Pilgrim license transfer proceeding for 90 days pending settlement negotiations.
The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order denying the motion.
