On April 18, 2019, the NRC published a document in the Federal Register (84 FR 16201) confirming the effective date of May 13, 2019, for the direct final rule that was published in the Federal Register on February 26, 2019 (84 FR 6055) . This direct final rule amended the NRC's spent fuel storage regulations by revising the Holtec International HI-STORM 100 Cask System listing within the "List of approved spent fuel storage casks" to include Amendment No. 13 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1014. The effective date of May 13, 2019, for the direct final rule published February 26. 2019, is confirmed.
