STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-18-0080 - DOMINION ENERGY VIRGINIA REQUEST TO CONSOLIDATE THE EMERGENCY OPERATIONS FACILITIES FOR NORTH ANNA AND SURRY POWER STATIONS The Commission has approved Virginia Electric and Power Companys proposal to consolidate the local emergency operations facilities (EOFs), the common back-up EOF, and the headquarters support organization for the North Anna Power Station, Units 1 and 2, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI), and Surry Power Station, Units 1 and 2, and ISFSI, at the proposed consolidated EOF, referred to as the Corporate Emergency Response Center, to be located in Glen Allen, VA.
