RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A PROCESS TO CONDUCT INIMICALITY REVIEWS FOR THE LICENSING OF UTILIZATION FACILITIES The Commission has approved the staffs request to withdraw the subject SECY paper.
The staffs request was based on its identification of significant shortcomings with the proposed inimicality review process outlined in the paper. The staff plans to provide a revised paper to the Commission by February 28, 2023.
