The Office of the General Counsel, in consultation with staff, as appropriate, should provide to the Commission an information paper that describes the laws, regulations, policies, guidance, and practices (including enforcement policy, guidance, and practice) associated with updating and correcting environmental reports by license applicants and identifies any ambiguities that may exist.
