MS. VIETTI-COOK: This is on Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee and Entergy Nuclear Operations (Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station). The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order denying a petition for review filed by the New England Coalition challenging the Licensing Boards decision in LBP-10-19, in which the Board refused to reopen this adjudication and admit for litigation New England Coalitions latest proposed contention.
The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order, which affirms LBP-10-19 and terminates this proceeding. Commissioner Apostolakis did not participate in this matter.
