I.

SECY-09-0025 - Entergy Nuclear Generation Co. and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.

(Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station) Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC, and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station)

The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to petitions for review of LBP-08-22 and LBP-08-25 by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Memorandum and Order acknowledges the Commonwealth's concerns, explains how the Commission will address them, and finds the formal relief requested by the Commonwealth unnecessary.

(Subsequently, on June 4, 2009, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)

SECY-09-0040 - Entergy Nuclear Generation Co. and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.

(Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station)

The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to a petition for review filed by intervenor Pilgrim Watch of several Atomic Safety and Licensing Board decisions. The Memorandum and Order requests additional briefing on one issue and establishes a briefing schedule.

(Subsequently, on June 4, 2009, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
