Dear Sir/Madam:

In accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:14A-6.10 Noncompliance Reporting, PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) is submitting this report to retract the notification of a possible discharge of oil to the Delaware River from the Circulating Water structure.

The possible discharge was reported to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) hotline and assigned case number 07-10-24-0927-50. This report contained information as known at the time of the notification.

In accordance with the regulations, additional information will be provided if it becomes available.

On May 2 4 th, 2007 at approximately 0920, a pinhole leak in a hydraulic line on Circulating Water trash rake was discovered.

The trash rake was stopped and stowed in the up position stopping the leak. Approximately one pint of biodegradable hydraulic oil was released to the Delaware River. The oil was drawn into 23B Circulating Water intake. No oil sheen was observed .on the Delaware River. The appropriate remedial measures, including isolation of the trash rake, were taken. There is no threat to human health or the environment.
