In Reference 1, Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) submitted the Environmental Report for Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS), Units 2 and 3, in support of the Subsequent License Renewal Application (SLRA). In Reference 2, CEG provided responses to the NRCs Requests for Confirmation of Information (RCIs) and Requests for Additional Information (RAIs).

RAI HCR-07 requested CEG to conduct an architectural survey of aboveground resources on the DNPS site, identify historic properties, and apply the National Register criteria as required in 36 CFR 800.4(c). The purpose of this letter is to document the final technical report of the DNPS Architectural History Survey as a closure to RAI HCR-07.

Upon separation, the balance of this letter is decontrolled In Reference 3, CEG submitted a draft architectural survey to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) on May 15, 2025. In Reference 4, an updated draft architectural survey was sent to the SHPO on August 12, 2025, requesting concurrence from the SHPO on the recommendations documented in the updated draft architectural survey.

provides the SHPO response stating their concurrence that the Dresden Nuclear Power Station Unit 1 Historic District is eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places as a Historic District under 36 CFR 60.4, Criteria for evaluation, Criteria A and C.

Therefore, CEG requests that be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding, paragraph (d)(1).
