Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3 Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-44 and DPR-56 NRG Docket Nos. 50-277. 50-278. and 72-29 Registration of Use of Cask to Store Spent Fuel 10 CFR 72.212 In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.210,"
paragraph (b)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGG) is registering, with the NRG, the use of four casks under the general license to store spent fuel at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station. The initial use of these casks to store spent fuel occurred on May 2, 2014, May 9, 2014, May 19, 2014, and May 27, 2014, respectively. This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days. Accordingly, this submittal is due by June 2, 2014.
