Registration of Use of Cask to Store Spent Fuel In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.210,"
paragraph (b)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is registering, with the NRC, the use of three casks under the general license to store spent fuel at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station. The initial use of these casks to store spent fuel occurred on May 1, 2012, May 8, 2012, and May 15, 2012, respectively. This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days. Accordingly, this submittal is due by May 31, 2012.
