Nuclear 10 CFR 72.212 In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.21 0,"
paragraph (b)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGG) is registering, with the NRC, the use of a cask under the general license to store spent fuel at Byron Station. The initial use of this cask to store spent fuel occurred on March 26, 2012. This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days.
The following information is provided in accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2).
