Notification Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under 72.210," Prior to First Storage of Spent Fuel Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.212, paragraph (b)(1)(i), we are notifying the NRC at least 90 days prior to the first storage of spent fuel of our intent to begin the loading of spent fuel into a storage cask under the general license at Braidwood Station. Loading activities are currently scheduled to commence in mid-August, 2011. For the first storage of spent fuel, we will use a Holtec International, Inc. HI-STORM 100 Cask System in accordance with Certificate of Compliance No. 1014 (Amendment 3).
