Registration of Use of Cask to Store Spent Fuel Exelon.
Nuclear In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.210,"
paragraph (b)(1)(ii), we are registering with the NRC the use of a cask under the general license to store spent fuel at Dresden Nuclear Power Station. The initial use of the cask to store spent fuel occurred on March 26, 2009. This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days.
Accordingly, this submittal is due by April 25, 2009.
The following information is provided in accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b)(1)(ii).
