Revision 13 to the Exelon Nuclear Standardized Radiological Emergency Plan Annex For Byron Station In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (q), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is submitting changes to the Exelon Nuclear Radiological Emergency Plan Annex for Byron Station (Attachment 1). A summary of the changes to the Plan Annex for Byron Station is also included (Attachment 2). These changes were implemented on October 16, 2002, and are being submitted within 30 days of implementation.
We have reviewed the changes in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q) and concluded the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan Annex.
