Mr. Rajender Auluck, Sr. Project Manager, License Renewal, April 23, 2004 Letter to Mr. Stephen A. Byrne, SCE&G, titled "Issuance of Renewal Facility Operating License No. NPF-12 for Virgil C Summer Nuclear Station, Unit No. 1 SCE&G has performed a detailed review of the Renewed Operating License and Technical Specification manual that was received with the referenced letter. Errors discovered are described in Attachment I. This discovery was unexpected since an on-site page-by-page verification was performed during your last visit by you and Mrs. Donna Railey. We request that you provide a corrected copy of Page 6 of the Renewed Operating License and corrected copies of the Technical Specification pages. Also, ensure that the corrections are reflected in Adams. We would also appreciate your perspective on how we can work together to prevent a recurrence of this nature.
