SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE DOCKET NO. 50/395 UNIT V. C.SUMMER I DATE November 1, 2003 COMPLETED BY W. H. BELL TELEPHONE (803) 345-4389 October 2003 At the beginning of the month the plant was operating at 100% power. Power was reduced to 85% on October 8 @ 06:44 to support main steam safety valve testing. On October 11h @ 00:10 the 14th refueling outage began with the opening of the main generator breaker. Reactor shut down was completed and mode 3 entered at 02:43 on the 11th. The plant remained shut down for the remainder of the month.
