Changes have been made to the T&Q Plan to reflect current activities of the RBS security program.
An explanation of those changes are enclosed to facilitate NRC review.
The changes have been determined to not decrease the effectiveness of the station's. security program.
Revision 11 of the T&Q Plan, issued in total, supersedes all earlier revisions.
