NOTE TO EDITORS: MEETING TIME CHANGE The Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards has changed the time of its subcommittee meeting on planning and procedures on August 31 in Rockville, Maryland. The meeting will now begin at 9:00 a.m. in room T-2B1 of the agencys Two White Flint North Building at 11545 Rockville Pike.
Other aspects of the meeting were published in the Federal Register on August 10.
