The Committees agenda includes, among other items, a report on the NRCs proposed Package Performance Study of spent nuclear fuel transportation casks, and discussion of plans to use risk information in inspections of the potential high-level nuclear waste repository at Yucca Mountain, Nev.

The bulk of the meeting will be held in Room T-2B3 of the agencys Two White Flint North Building, at 11545 Rockville Pike. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. on July 20, and at 8:30 a.m.

on July 21 and 22. The Committee will meet with the NRC Commissioners from 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. on July 21 in the Commissioners Conference Room, One White Flint North. A portion of the meeting on the afternoon of July 21 may be closed to discuss organizational and personnel matters.
