Gentlemen:
Attached please find four (4) copies of Revision 22 to the Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP) Security Plan.
Changes in this revision were made in j
accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p). The scope of the revision is described on page vil of the attachment. The changes have been determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the Security Plan.
The changes were implemented on February 29, 1996.
On May 2, 1996, in a telephone conversation with J. R. Creed of Region III, it was noted that this letter should have been submitted by the end of April in order to meet the submittal guidance in 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), and that it vould be processed as soon as possible.
