" Simulator Facility Certification" along with the following supporting document.atian for certificatton of Perry Nuclear Power Plant's new simulation facility: ' lab A - Certification Overview, Tab B - Exceptiont to ANS 3.5, Tab C - Simulexor Tests, a description of performance testing completed for the f acility as regaieed by 10CFR55.45(b)(5)(vi), and Tab D - Four Year Test Schedule, a schedule for the conduct of approximately 25% of the performance tests per year for the subsequent four years as required by 10CFR55.45(b)(5)(vi).
