Changes in this revision were made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), and were previously discussed with the NRC Region III Safeguards reviewer. The scope of this revision is described on page vii of the attachment. CEI has determined that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Plan.
