. On May 13,1999, the Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) Board of Directors did not approve a labor contract affecting the Intemational Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Chapter 763. As a result, some workers at one OPPD fossil fuel plant and one transmission and distribution center stopped work this moming for 10-15 minutes.
Uni:n representatives at Fort Calhoun Station informed management that they planned a similar stop work today (5/14) for about 10-15 minutes at an undetermined time. Union maintenance personnel may participate, but
. operators _ and security personnel will not participate. The union representatives also informed Fort Calhoun min gement that the stop work will be a one time demonstration of union solidarity, and they plan no further actions.

. Inspector at Fort Calhoun Station. Region IV has Informed the EDO, NRR, and PA.
