RESUMPTION OF RECEIPT INSPECTION BY PU3LIC SERVICE OF INDIA W (PSI)
SU3 CONTRACTORS Public Service of Indiana was notified today, November 14, 1980, that the Director of the Office of Inspection and Enforcement had authorized resumption of receipt inspection for PSI =echanical subcontractor Cherne Contracting Corporation (CCC) and electrical subcontractor Com=onwealth-Lord J.V.
This authorization was based on favorable NRC inspection findings which confirmed that appropriate corrective actions had been taken by the licensee and its subcontractors.
This PN is for information only and no further action by IE is planned.
Region III does not plan a presc release, however, it is expected that the licensee will issue one.
Considerable local =edia interest is expected.
The State of Indiana will be notified.
