The Mississippi Division of Radiological Health (MDRH) reported to NRC on l Monday, January 4,1999 that an individual saw the gauge fall from the ;
licensee's truck, and the gauge was returned to the licensee on Monday, December 28,1998. i The device was reported to still be in the shielded position when it was ;
returned. The State is continuing their evaluation of the cause of the incident.
